A capital suggestion.  I did just that and besides being bombarded by a host of utterly useless and meaningless ads, I was able to discover that since weather underground has been assimilated by IBM, they have taken on their core ethic. That is: make money above all else.  To that end, Weather Underground is no longer providing free APIs.
How nice.

What I would like to know, since they are boasting about providing the following: " This package includes one of the highest-resolution weather observation networks that is available in the field based on over 200,000 personal weather stations in addition to traditional sources."

This is yours and my data, uploaded to "Wunderground". So, are they going to pay us for the provision of our DATA?

Yes, it does.

Just to make sure I'm checking the right thing, you're following the documentation for the new PWS API, and then clicking on the link, https://goo.gl/QBN6Rc.  Right?

There must be something wrong with permissions.  Thank you for reporting it!  I'll post back here when it's corrected.

Okay, we need to back up -- I just tested it using a non-IBM machine, and got in just fine, so we have a more localized issue.

Have you tried it on a different browser?  Tried clearing cache on your current browser?
