Wunderground blocked in China | The WeatherAPI Community Customer Community

Wunderground.com website and related API website appear to be blocked in China these days. Only the Wunderground API community website is working right now. Do you have any plan to setup servers in China in the soon future ?

I haven't heard of this -- could you send a screenshot of the message that you get when you go to wunderground.com, and email it to support@wunderground.com ?

Is this really the case? For Wunderground it should be easy to verify if you're having requests with IP addresses from China or not.

The website and API didn't work for me for about 2 days (other websites worked fine). Wunderground.com was only working while using VPN.

Wunderground.com seems working fine right now. I don't know if it's thanks to Wunderground support or not. Hope it stays like that.

I tested it with a few tools, but couldn't reproduce the problem. I suspect that it must have been an intermittent issue.
