On 06/30/2018 at about 10:30 the I am made the following API call:

http://api.wunderground.com/api/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/yesterday/q/WI/Green%20Bay.json

It is returning the following result (12/31/1969 as the date):

{
"response": { "version":"0.1", "termsofService":"http://www.wunderground.com/weather/api/d/terms.html", "features": { "yesterday": 1 } } , "history": { "date": { "pretty": "December 31, 1969", "year": "1969", "mon": "12", "mday": "31", "hour": "17", "min": "59", "tzname": "America/Chicago" }, "utcdate": { "pretty": "December 31, 1969", "year": "1969", "mon": "12", "mday": "31", "hour": "23", "min": "59", "tzname": "UTC" }, "observations": [ ], "dailysummary": [ { "date": { "pretty": "5:59 PM CST on December 31, 1969", "year": "1969", "mon": "12", "mday": "31", "hour": "17", "min": "59", "tzname": "America/Chicago"
		},

If I make the the history API for yesterday (06/29/2018), I get the same results as above.

Not all areas are returning to this bad data.  Chicago and Seattle both report good data, where as all cities I have tried in Wisconsin and Minnesota both return bad data.

June 29 and June 30 2018 history API calls appear to be only ones impacted by this. I doubt this will get fixed as it's probably a loss in data by WU. If you look at the 'weekly' webui history including these days it does stand out as missing dewpoint data.
