Up until about a week ago, the Yesterday API was returning a dailysummary for this http://api.wunderground.com/api/[key]/yesterday/q/48.567877,-123.419801.json
now it does not.
also, the docs for the Yesterday feature do not show the dailysummary as a response field, instead it shows Observations which does not have the same values as dailysummary.
